Coated with buttery white chocolate ganache blended with cream cheese in addition to Italian meringue buttercream in the center. The coating is creamy and soft like an actual slice of cake with cream cheese icing in a velvety smooth bite.

Each individual truffle cake ball is a 2 1/ 2” bite-size treat with your choice of package, serving five or ten pieces of the same flavor, packed in stylish FDA- approved, food-safe, clear cylinder tubes with decorative ribbon. Shelf life of seven days, unrefrigerated.

Ingredients

Contains eggs, buttermilk, cake flour enriched bleached wheat flour (bleached wheat flour), oil, sugar, butter, artificial flavors, citric acids, milk, vitamins C & D, baking powder, baking soda, salt and liquor. Truffles are made with white or dark chocolate mixed with milk, butter and artificial extract flavors. Only one truffle has dark chocolate, pecans and brandy as an option to swap out of your assortment.
