Shipping
All orders are shipped by USPS or UPS. We ship Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Wholesale accounts have a choice to upgrade shipping to UPS Overnight or Second-day delivery no later than 2:00 pm CT; there will be an additional charge to expedite the order. Some items will have an additional Fuel Surcharge based on quantity and weight.
Orders
We have a 25 minimum order per product flavor requirement. All stock items will be shipped the same or the following business day. Please contact our office at 469-688-6637. All special order items are NON-REFUNDABLE and require prepayment.
Pricing
All prices are wholesale. WE DO NOT SELL RETAIL. Orders are accepted on the condition that they are billed at the prevailing price on the date of shipment.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover or EFT checks.
Shortage, Damages and Discrepancies
Please notify within 48 hours of receipt of shipment about any shortage or damaged goods.
Stock Outs
We do not automatically ship “backorders.” You will need to reorder your desired product.
